Required files

  • One `.aep` project.
  • All linked assets and fonts used by the project.
  • An optional notes PDF if the project uses non-obvious fonts, plugins, or setup.

AE rules

  • No unsupported third-party plugins.
  • Universal expressions for English render machines.
  • You do not need to create a Vidly manifest or adapt the project for server rendering.

Editable fields

  • Name editable text, image, and media placeholders clearly.
  • Describe what each placeholder does in the PDF.
  • Every editable item must map to a real AE layer or comp.

Instruction PDF

What the PDF should explain.

The optional PDF can explain fonts, plugins, source files, and anything else that helps us understand the original project.
