Using Vidly
Vidly provides tools for creating and rendering videos. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for the text, images, video, audio, templates and instructions you submit. You must have the rights required to use and process this material. You grant Vidly the limited permission needed to store, process, render and deliver content at your request.
Subscriptions and credits
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Credits are a service balance used inside Vidly; they are not cash or a transferable currency. Product details and prices shown by Apple at purchase time control the transaction.
Generated results
Automated and AI-assisted results may require review. Vidly does not guarantee that generated text, audio or video is accurate, unique or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing a result before publishing or commercial use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vidly to infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, bypass security, disrupt the service, impersonate others or submit content you are not authorized to process. Vidly may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Account deletion and availability
You can permanently delete your Vidly account in Settings. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Service features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable while infrastructure or templates are maintained.
